Consultations & Strand Tests:
Consultations are extremely important when contemplating a radical change to your hair color or texture, some services cannot be booked without them.
We prioritize hair health and integrity. Every service that involves bleaching requires a Strand Test to make sure your hair will maintain its structure during processing and that the color we can achieve is what you had in mind, without compromising the health of your hair.

Color Correction:
A specialized professional service to fix unwanted hair color results, such as brassiness, patchiness, or a color that is too light or dark. It is usually a multi-step process that involves a consultation to assess hair health, followed by techniques like lightening, toning, or dyeing to balance the color while prioritizing the hair's integrity. It's often more complex than a standard color service and may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired, seamless look. Only experienced colorists handle corrections.
Deep Conditioning & Reconstructive Treatments: L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Truss and Olaplex are some of the products available for deep-conditioning, bond-building and scalp treatments we offer to repair, strengthen, and add shine—ideal before or after color services. We also have treatment packages at discounted prices. Keratin and Brazilian blowout options to reduce frizz and smooth hair, plus texturizing techniques for added body and movement.
Smoothing Services:
Brazilian Blowout is a professional, semi-permanent hair-smoothing treatment that uses a liquid keratin formula to eliminate frizz and add shine, while improving hair's overall condition. Unlike a traditional blowout, the results last for up to 12 weeks, and it's customizable, meaning clients can choose to keep some curl or achieve a smoother, straighter style. The minute you leave the salon you can immediately wash your hair, exercise, put it in a ponytail or clip without worry. Available in Original and Brazilian Blowout FREE, a new formulation without formaldehyde.
Hair Botox is a deep conditioning treatment that uses a blend of vitamins, proteins, and oils to smooth, repair, and rejuvenate hair, making it look shinier, softer, and healthier. It is a needle-free process that fills in damaged areas of the hair cuticle, eliminating frizz and improving elasticity.
Truss High Liss service is a formaldehyde-free, multi-functional professional smoothing and anti-frizz treatment that simultaneously restores and deeply moisturizes damaged hair. It provides a natural, temporary hair alignment by using "nano-acidic proteins" to gently change the hair structure, with results lasting for approximately 8 to 10 weeks, or up to 3 months.*Different Smoothing Treatments could have incompatible active ingredients, if you received a treatment elsewhere and you are not sure what type it was, we will have to perform a strand test to assure that our products will not react negatively in your hair with the previously used chemical.

It is a comprehensive service that includes a consultation, customization for a seamless blend, installation, and maintenance appointments to achieve a desired transformation. Clients must bring their hair extensions prior to appointment for proper preparation.

*Pricing for some services varies depending on hair density, length and texture, please inquire the exact pricing based on your hair during consultation or prior to receiving a service. The list below is an approximate price range for informational purposes.
Deposits& Salon PoliciesWe require a deposit of 30% of the estimated price for the service desired to book an appointment. For services where 1 to 3 hours were reserved for the client, we require 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. ForHighlights or Balayage (6+ hours reserved), we require 72-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For multi-chair or wedding bookings, we request notice 2 weeks in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
LateArrivals We request that our clients arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled time, we reserve the right to not service a client who arrives 15 or more minutes late for their appointment and their deposit will be forfeited in this case, with anew deposit being required for a rescheduling.
Infants & Children While we have clients of all ages, when it comes to staying in the waiting area by them selves, we can only accommodate older children who need only minimal adult supervision, unless there’s another adult accompanying them. We do not recommend infants be brought over for extended periods of time because some hair products can produce fumes that may trigger respiratory allergic reactions in sensitive individuals or asthmatics.
Pre-Appointment Instructions
For most services: Arrive with dry, detangled hair without heavy styling products that could obscure your hair’s natural texture. For color consultations, bring photos of desired looks and a list of recent chemical services. Avoid
For Highlights/Balayage and Strand Test: Arrive with Clean, Dry and Detangled Hair without any styling products, creams, gel or oils.

Your stylist will assess face shape, hair texture, and daily routine during the consultation to recommend a cut that flatters your features and is easy to maintain. Bring photos for reference.
We recommend a consultation—either in-person or via photos—especially for major changes, balayage, or color correction. Consults can be booked separately or included with your service. Strand Tests are required for any service that involves bleaching and it should be done at a separate appointment to determine eligibility for highlights/balayage.
For short styles: every 4–6 weeks.
For medium lengths: every 8–10 weeks.
For long hair: every 10–14 weeks to remove split ends and maintain shape.
Balayage is a hand-painted, low-maintenance technique creating soft, sun-kissed dimension with natural grow-out. Traditional highlights use foils for all-over or defined sections and often require more frequent maintenance.

Yes.We provide styling tips and product recommendations to help you recreate salon looks at home. For Wavy, Curly, Coily Hair, we offer Education Sessions to help each client customize their routine and perfect their at-home styling techniques to maintain their hair in its best shape, or to help parents and caregivers with their kid’s textured hair.
Use color-safe shampoo/conditioner, minimize heat styling and always apply thermal protection products when using heat, use UV-protective products when outdoors, and schedule glosses/toners as recommended by your stylist.
